Edelle O'Doherty-Nickels BSc PGDip Reg NT is founder and director.
Edelle is a Registered Nutritional Therapist graduating with Distinction. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics and an Honours Degree in Chemistry
from Trinity College, Dublin.
Edelle uses her scientific background and her life experience alongside her Nutritional Therapy training to support her clients in their realignment and recovery. Treatment involves spending time with the client, listening to their histories and looking at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex, chronic disease.
Edelle's special area of interest is the role of Nutrition and Lifestyle in the Prevention and Reversal of Cognitive Decline. She has trained with leading neurologist Dr. Dale Bredesen at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in the Bredesen Protocol for the Reversal of Alzheimer's Disease. She is currently undertaking ongoing training with the Institute for Functional Medicine and works in a support role in the Republic of Ireland for Cytoplan - Food Based supplements
